Our technical support engineers are available by email and phone to assist where required depending upon the priority.
We strive to provide you with courteous, professional, and technically accurate support. Although we understand how frustrating technical problems can be, we ask that you treat us with respect and we will do the same in return. Our ultimate goals are the same, providing you with accurate support in a timely manner.

We know that peace of mind and reassurance is important to you, so we have developed a range of support services for free and do not charge to our clients. Below are list of services we provide for free as your ongoing web hosting partner.

This is our primary support system. Almost ALL issues will require the submission of a trouble ticket. This is our preferred method because of the ability to track issues to resolution and give us time to properly review and research problems.
Support tickets can be submitted at anytime. Our support team is online from 9am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Please do not submit multiple tickets about the same problem as that simply creates confusion. If you need to add information to an existing ticket, please do so in the existing ticket by logging into the support system or by replying to the ticket email.
Telephone support is available from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). If you do not have an active annual maintenance contract with W3WebDesign , Phone support would be charged at $35 + GST per case.

A range of custom support solutions are available to you to ensure you still receive the peace of mind that your website is protected. All our clients can order our annual maintenance packages or subscribe to our ad-hoc support.
Whilst W3WebDesign web solutions offer a quick and easy way to maintain your website content, we understand that from time to time you may require consultation and implementation of design and content services. Maybe you just don't have the time or your update requirements may be too infrequent to be done cost effectively by you or your company.
Some sites have content management system (CMS) that can be used to update site contents and graphics. They usually require some understanding and familiarity to be able to update with ease. There are many options that are sometimes irrelevant to your purpose and the potential to accidentally delete data is just a click away. Other sites without CMS prove a greater challenge you have to change the data directly on the live file, edit photos and create graphics yourself. Incorrect sizing of photos or images can cause the whole layout of the page to be thrown off. Most scary of all, what happens if you can’t UNDO?

If you think that you will not make many changes to your website regularly, we can provide maintenance services on an hourly basis.
For customers, who does not have an annual maintenance will be charged at $100 per hour ex. GST. Website maintenance is billed at an hourly rate. The minimum billing period for any job is 1 hour (60 minutes) and work is billed in increments of 0.30 hours (30 minutes). The hourly rate will depend on how much work is done.
If you think that you will be making regular changes to your website over time, you can save money by purchasing a website maintenance contract.

HOW LONG WILL MY WEBSITE MAINTENANCE TAKE?
Website maintenance is performed within a set timeframe so you'll always know how long your individual job will take. We'll provide you with the timeframe for your job when your quote is issued, based on the service level agreement (SLA) below.
